We ship using FedEx Priority Overnight by 10:30Am. All fish and corals are professionally packaged inside of insulated boxes, triple bagged, and we use a heat pack or cold pack when applicable.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy: In the unlikely event of a DOA we require a clear picture of coral in the original bag, within two hour of first delivery attempt. We may require the deceased coral/fish be sent back, so please do not dispose of it. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or acts of God. We only issue store credit or replacements. Shipping is non-refundable.
